Karlee

Kennel Staff

Shotgun

Shotty joined the Green Acres family when he was two months old. He’s a senior now, with only one tooth. But that hasn’t stopped him from enjoying food. Which happens to be his all time favorite hobby. His second favorite hobby is napping in his bed or, sunbathing in the middle of the floor when the sun is just right. He also enjoys “assisting” the CSR’s with making appointments and phone calls. He thinks he has the ability of hypnotism. Frequently, he stares into our eyes, subliminally telling us to feed him since his food bowl is empty. If that doesn’t work, he cons his siter, Buttercup, into opening a bag of food for him since he only has one tooth! This cool cat has it made in the sun!

Buttercup

Buttercup has been with us since she was about two weeks old. She’s grown up to be a beautiful Queen who keeps all of us in line. Her motto is, “What’s yours is mine. Deal with it.” Her hobbies include stealing our pens off the desk, chewing on our eyeglasses, being chauffeured from the back of the clinic to the front because she’s the Queen Bee, grooming the staff’s hair, and “helping” the techs run bloodwork. She enjoys surprising us by popping out of the cupboard doors after she’s gone in to take a nap. She also likes to help her brother Shotgun out by opening a bag of food when they think they are starving. All in all, she is the envy of all those in her kingdom.
